What it Takes to Age in Place: Bringing Housing and Home & Community-Based Services (HCBS) Together

The National Center on Law and Elder Rights (NCLER) is hosting a webinar on how to support aging in place. The webinar will explore the intersections between health and housing and provide examples of community models that have integrated housing and health care, including for previously homeless older adults.
