Legal Basics: Grandparents and Other Non-Parent Kinship Families

The number of non-parent caregivers is on the rise. This includes grandparents and other relatives taking care of children. This webinar discusses the various legal issues surrounding non-parent caregivers and is designed specifically for law and aging network professionals. During the webinar, presenters will cover the role of a kinship navigator program, discuss state-wide kincare taskforces, and review tools and initiatives to support families.
