During the ARPA Technical Assistance Program, ADvancing States and ARPA HCBS TA Collective created two Affinity Groups, where states could learn from each other, share common challenges and brainstorm innovative solutions focused on two key areas: ARPA initiatives to Strengthen the Direct Service Workforce and new Enabling Technologies to provide support to HCBS participants in their own homes.
