See Me at the Portrait Gallery - Smithsonian Pilot Program for Adults with Dementia & their Caregivers
A new pilot program is launching this fall at the Smithsonian. In collaboration with Art & Minds, the National Portrait Gallery will be hosting a 6-week program for adults with dementia and their caregivers. The program is entitled See Me at the Portrait Gallery. A team of museum educators and docents will be facilitating small group discussions about some of the museum’s most treasured works of art.
