The Center for Health Care Strategies (CHCS) will host a webinar on data sharing among the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and state Medicaid programs. This webinar will explore successful practices for data coordination between SNAP and Medicaid agencies gleaned from a 50-state survey and three state case studies. Presenters from South Carolina’s Medicaid agency will share their experience streamlining enrollment and re-enrollment processes during the unwinding of continuous eligibility for Medicaid.
