The Department of Justice is partnering with several legal services organizations on an initiative to use technology to better address elder abuse and financial exploitation. As part of this project, the DOJ is hosting a three-part webinar series about the project goals, outcomes, and available resources. The next webinar in the series is, "Starting a Risk Detector Initiative in Your Community: Case Studies from the Field". This webinar will discuss the Legal Risk Detector, a web-based screening and referral app designed for aging professionals.

The Medicare program serves a growing number of older adults and people with disabilities. Join this webinar on Medicare Basics to build or refresh your understanding of key components of the Medicare program. The webinar will review eligibility, coverage options, and enrollment. It will also highlight programs that can assist low-income Medicare beneficiaries. Developments in serving beneficiaries with long-term services and supports needs will be touched upon as well.

Medicare for People Living with Paralysis

The Center for Medicare Advocacy is partnering with the Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation to host a webinar about Medicare. This webinar will discuss information on eligibility, enrollment, and coverage. It will focus specifically on policies and tips relevant to people living with paralysis.
