What Matters Most in LTSS Integration: Lessons from 5 New Case Studies

The Long-Term Quality Alliance (LTQA) is hosting an event to discuss cross-cutting insights from the ten case studies on what matters most for successful integration, as well as brand-new analysis on the opportunities and challenges for integrating LTSS using existing Medicare Advantage products. The event will take place on Wednesday, September 21, 2016 from1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in The Foundation Center. The Association of University Centers on Disabilities (AUCD) is hosting a webinar that will describe activities of the National Autism Data Center (NAUCD) with emphasis on national indicators related to transition. Paul Shattuck, founder of NAUCD, will present the range of information products available through the Center and plans for additional transition research projects. The Centers for Medicare & Medicare Services' (CMS) Center for Medicare & Medicaid Innovation (CMS Innovation Center) is hosting a webinar to discuss the Medicare Diabetes Prevention Program that was proposed on July 7, 2018. The program is a structured lifestyle intervention that includes dietary coaching, lifestyle intervention, and moderate physical activity, all with the goal of preventing the onset of diabetes in individuals who are pre-diabetic. The webinar is scheduled for Tuesday, August 9, 2016 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. ET.
