The series focuses on the Healthy Brain Initiative (HBI) State and Local Public Health Partnerships to Address Dementia, The 2018 -2023 Road Map. During this webinar, The CDC’s Alzheimer’s Disease and Healthy Aging Program will present data from the BRFSS Optional Modules on subjective cognitive decline and caregiving.
