National Disability Employment Awareness Month Events

National Disability Employment Awareness Month takes place in October, and planning for celebratory events has begun. The purpose of DNEAM is to celebrate the value that workers with disabilities add to workplaces and affirm the commitment to ensuring disabled workers have access to quality work year round. The theme for this year's awareness month is "Access to Good Jobs for All". The Office of Disability Employment Policy has published lists of activities that any type of organization or individual can plan or participate in during the month of October.
