On September 26, 2022 ADvancing States submitted comments on the Request for Information submitted by House Energy and Commerce Ranking Member McMorris Rodgers. In the letter, ADvancing States provides a number of recommendations that can be used to reduce the institutional biases in Medicaid, including modifications to eligibility, payment, and services.
