Webinar: APS Final Rule Definitions and Coordination with State Medicaid Offices

The next "LIVE with ACL" technical assistance webinar will review the definitions sections of both the Adult Protective Services (APS) regulation and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Access Rule. During the webinar, there will be discussion about how state Medicaid units are implementing the CMS Access Rule and the opportunities that this process presents for APS programs. APS programs have been requested to submit questions on this topic prior to the webinar so the content can be designed to address the needs of participants.
