Innovating for Inclusion: Making Clinical Research More Diverse

The National Institute on Aging (NIA) is hosting an upcoming webinar highlighting the importance of clinical trial diversity within dementia research. In this webinar, NIA will discuss actionable tools for improving clinical trial recruitment among underrepresented populations, share insights from the University of Wisconsin's Alzheimer's Disease Research Center's (ADRC) evidence-based practices, and explore strategies to enhance community awareness and education regarding clinical trial diversity within dementia research. Participants will also hear the real-life experience of joining a study from a former ADRC clinical trial participant.
