Event Description:
This webinar will share information about the NCIOA Tribal Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) National Resource Center, which seeks to improve LTSS for Native elders. This webinar will provide an overview of the project, help attendees understand the continuum-of-care concept as it relates to LTSS, and discuss webinar trainings and other activities based on the results of a survey of tribal leaders.
