On August 31, 2020, ADvancing States sent a letter to ACL Administrator Lance Robertson regarding ACL's Strategic Framework for Action: State Opportunities to Integrate Services and Improve Outcomes for Older Adults and People With Disabilities. This framework was developed to support state efforts to enhance sustainability of the aging and disability networks.
The ADvancing States letter provides a nuanced analysis of some of the key considerations ACL should keep in mind moving forward as the agency continues to place a significant emphasis on this topic area. This letter incorporates feedback from ADvancing States members across the country.
