This webinar from the National Association of State Head Injury Administrators is the second in a series of three webinars focused on person centered planning. The first webinar was held Thursday, May 17, and served as an introduction to the general concepts of person-centered thinking.

By the end of the webinar, participants will be able to explain the importance of the narrative summary, describe three parts of a Person Centered Recovery Plan, understand the importance of documenting personally defined goals, and define how person-centered planning incorporates medical necessity and rigorous clinical documentation.

The cost is $10 for each session ($30 total) for NASHIA members; and $15 for each session ($45 total) for non-NASHIA members.
