The AIRS Standards on Service Delivery are the foundation of the everyday quality that the public should expect from an I&R service. This free AIRS webinar, hosted by Faed Hendry of Findhelp Information Service of Toronto, Canada, will help I&R Specialists better understand and apply the AIRS Service Delivery Standards in the context of their work.
This AIRS webinar is eligible for one hour of professional development towards AIRS Recertification - although AIRS does not issue individual certificates of completion.
