Webinar: Put a STOP to Poor Care: Advocating for Quality Care

Event Description: 
The National Consumer Voice for Quality Long-Term Care and the National Center on Elder Abuse are hosting a webinar on the importance of advocating for quality care. Every individual that receives long-term services and supports is entitled to quality and person-centered care. Presenters will teach attendees the indicators of quality care and signs of inadequate care, communication tips and advocacy strategies, share resources to assist with advocacy, and review the role of the Long-term Care Ombudsman Program.
