Listening to Dually Eligible Individuals: Turning Insights into State Action

States are increasingly enrolling people dually eligible for Medicare and Medicaid in programs that coordinate benefits and administrative processes across both programs. This webinar, made possible by The SCAN Foundation, will share practical approaches to help states make their integrated care programs more responsive to the needs of dually eligible individuals. The discussion will draw on a forthcoming CHCS toolkit that translates feedback from dually eligible individuals into key action steps for states. A panel of dually eligible individuals and Medicaid agency staff who helped shape the toolkit will share their perspectives on ensuring that integrated care programs align with the goals and needs of dually eligible populations.
