LTSS Reform Activities
On September 21, 2014, AP/Modern Healthcare reported that state lawmakers are working to improve access to HCBS waiver services for Kentucky’s elderly to meet the demand for home and community care options and achieve the financial benefits of such services. Balancing Incentive Program
On October 24, 2013, Kentucky submitted an application for BIP funding. CMS subsequently approved Kentucky’s application for additional BIP funding.
