The Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Settings Regulation: Where Are We Now and Where Are We Going
ACL and CMS are hosting a webinar to review the criteria for home and community-based settings, the scrutiny process, and what is required of states to comply with the rule. The webinar will also explore how ACL and CMS are collaborating to ensure successful implementation of the rule and how ACL is encouraging engagement as states work toward implementation and beyond.
