Registration for the 2025 Home and Community-Based Services Conference is Now Open!
Join fellow state, federal, and local policymakers as well as leaders in HCBS and LTSS programs at the 2025 HCBS Conference to share practices and policies that improve state systems delivering long-term services and supports for all ages and abilities.
The 2025 Home and Community-Based Services Conference will be held August 24 - 28, 2025 at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront in Baltimore, Maryland.
