The Administration for Community Living (ACL), AARP, and state leaders will lead a webinar on the 2023 State Scorecard Report on long-term services and supports (LTSS) for older adults, people with physical disabilities, and family caregivers and how states are improving their No Wrong Door systems metrics. AARP recently released the fifth edition of the Scorecard, a survey that measures state LTSS system performance and ranks states in comparison to one another, seeking to raise the profile of LTSS and drive action both federally and within states. One of the five dimensions of the Scorecard is access and affordability and includes measuring states' progress towards implementing Aging and Disability Resource Center/No Wrong Door (ADRC/NWD) functions.
