The National Rural Health Association (NRHA), in partnership with the John A. Hartford Foundation (JAHF), is calling for submissions for their compendium of rural-healthy-aging initiatives and best practices in rural communities. The best practices compendium is being compiled as a component of the National Rural Age-Friendly Initiative. Organizations with relevant programs, models, or policies aimed at enhancing the quality of aging in rural communities are encouraged to submit their contributions for inclusion in the compendium. The initiative will help share resources with rural stakeholders across the U.S., providing accessible and creative practices to rural communities and their health providers.
Submissions are being accepted until Thursday, February 8.
