Hartford Foundation, The SCAN Foundation, and West Health, is hosting an upcoming webinar titled "MPA Future Proof Live: Centering Equity and Family Caregivers in State Multisector Plans for Aging." This upcoming event will provide insights into how strategic state planning can transform infrastructure and service coordination to better address the needs of a rapidly aging population Presenters will also explore the new MPA measure in the AARP LTSS Scorecard and discuss strategies for states to center equity in their Multisector Plans for Aging (MPAs), incorporating the voices, experiences, and recommendations of all stakeholders.
