Locating and Engaging Hard-to-Reach Members During COVID-19: A Panel Discussion

RIC is hosting a webinar featuring speakers from health plans that serve individuals dually eligible for bot Medicare and Medicaid. Speakers will share strategies for engaging members who are hard-to-reach during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Webinar participants can expect to identify strategies for:

• Locating hard-to-reach members;
• Addressing unmet social needs and ways to member trust through tangible support;
• Developing and utilizing information system approaches to contacting members who are hard-to-reach;
• Reaching members with additional challenges, such as limited English proficiency, members experiencing homelessness, and members with serious mental illness; and
• Providing COVID-19 vaccine outreach and education to hard-to-reach members.

This webinar will be held on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. ET.
