ASA RISE Cohort 3 Application Deadline

Applications are now open for the American Society on Aging’s third cohort of their ASA Rise Fellowship, a program designed to prepare diverse talent to become the next generation of aging leadership in the field of aging. The first segment of the ASA Rise Cohort consists of eleven weekly sessions focused on developing inclusive leadership skills. Fellows will be educated on various topics including unconscious bias, aging issues specific to communities of color, antiracism, and allyship. The second portion of this cohort will allow fellows to apply their learnings by developing a joint facilitated project with ASA’s On Aging Institute. ASA RISE is open to BIPOC-identified professionals within the field of aging. Candidates should have a minimum of five years’ experience and do not need to be a member of ASA.  The application deadline for Cohort 3 is Saturday, July 15, at 11:59 p.m. ET.
