Alcohol and Dementia

The American Society on Aging (ASA) will host an upcoming webinar titled "Alcohol and Dementia," which will explore the growing evidence linking alcohol use and an increase in dementia risk. This course will provide health professionals with strategies and resources to address alcohol use and enhance cognitive resilience, with a specific focus on individuals aged 45 and older. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about modifiable risk factors for dementia, understand the connection between alcohol use and dementia, identify effective interventions, and recognize considerations for high-risk populations.
