Advancing Medicare and Medicaid Integration: A New Funding Opportunity for States to Support Dual-Eligible Populations

The Center for Health Care Strategies, with support from Arnold Ventures, has created a new national program to provide funding to states to improve their Medicare and Medicaid Integration.
