The National Core Indicators-Aging and Disabilities (NCI-AD™) is an initiative designed to support states in assessing the performance of their publicly-funded long-term services and supports programs and delivery systems in order to improve services for older adults and people with physical disabilities. Data are collected through in-person NCI-AD Adult Consumer Surveys conducted with individuals receiving services, or their proxy if needed. At the end of every annual NCI-AD survey cycle, data from participating states are analyzed and compiled into a comprehensive national report.
The recently released 2016-17 NCI-AD National Report, posted on https://nciad.org, contains detailed results from 12 states. Please join ADvancing States and HSRI as we review changes in methodology, discuss the report’s contents, and highlight selected findings. There will be time for Q&A at the end of the webinar.
