Caring with Confidence: Building Resilience for Dementia Caregivers

The National Alzheimer's and Dementia Resource Center will hold a webinar highlighting how one ACL grantee is using funds from the Alzheimer’s Disease Programs Initiative to expand innovative caregiver support.

Presenters from Oakwood Creative Care in Arizona will discuss their commitment to supporting caregivers of people living with dementia through the “Resilient Together” program. Participants will learn how Resilient Together supports caregivers, care partners, and families build resilience through emotional support, grief resources, practical guidance, and opportunities for connection.
