Webinar: Integrating Family Caregivers as Care Team Partners

The Administration for Community Living’s (ACL) National Caregiver Support Collaborative (NCSC) is hosting a webinar on integrating family caregivers as essential partners within care teams. During the webinar, there will be a discussion about strategies for building partnerships between aging network organizations and health care providers to help address gaps in caregiver support. 

This webinar will highlight: 

• Updates from ACL on efforts to strengthen connections between the health care and social sectors 

• Resources developed by the University of California San Francisco to increase recognition and inclusion of family caregivers 

• Local examples of aging network and health care provider collaboration 

There will be an interactive discussion on collaboration opportunities and indicators of success, as outlined in the National Strategy to Support Family Caregivers.
