
Webinar: Including the Disability Community in Age-Friendly Efforts
Trust for America's Health is hosting a webinar as part of their monthly Age-Friendly Public Health Systems (AFPHS) training series on the importance of including the disability community in age-friendly efforts. Older adults represent the largest proportion of individuals with disabilities, with approximately one in four people aging with a disability. This training webinar will focus on the intersections between ageism and ableism, and the importance of including the disability community in age-friendly efforts.
