Webinar: Helping AAAs Build Successful Partnerships with Payers and Hospitals

WellSky is hosting a webinar to discuss alternate sources of revenue for area agencies on aging (AAAs) to meet the needs of the growing older adult population. Members of the Allegheny County AAA, a 2024 Hartford Business Innovation Award winner, will share insights into their care transitions program. Allegheny's multi-hospital, multi-service-line model of care currently saves their health plan partners millions of dollars annually.
