The State of Aging and Disability Services in the U.S.: Findings from the Latest NCI-AD™ Adult Consumer Survey and State of the Workforce Survey

WellSky will hold a webinar highlighting findings from the most recent National Core Indicators for Aging and Disabilities (NCI-AD™) Adult Consumer Survey and State of the Workforce Survey.

The NCI-AD™ is a voluntary effort by State Medicaid, aging, and disability agencies to measure and track the outcomes of services provided to individuals and families. Two reports exploring data from the most recent survey cycle were just released: the Adult Consumer Survey and the State of the Workforce for Aging and Disabilities. 

This webinar will review key findings, including how recipients view the quality of services they receive, what the data reveals about workforce wages and early attrition, and how we can improve outcomes for the people receiving services.
