September 2026 Public Meeting

The Medicaid and CHIP Payment and Access Commission (MACPAC) will hold its September 2026 public meeting on Thursday, September 24, from 10:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. and Friday, September 25, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. 

The September 2026 public meeting will feature a discussion on Medicaid community engagement requirements and key Interim Final Rule Provisions at 10:30 am on Thursday, September 24. The full agenda will be released prior to the public meeting.
