The Administration for Community Living is seeking a Program Manager for the Office of Policy Analysis and Development in the Center for Policy and Evaluation. This is a full-time position based in Washington DC. The position involves a full range of Program Manager duties within the Department of Health and Human Services/Administration for Community Living/Center for Policy and Evaluation (CPE)/Office of Policy Analysis and Development (OPAD).
The duties include:

Providing expert advice, guidance, and support to the Deputy Administrator for Policy and Evaluation on the key mission critical issues, initiatives, and agency functions.

Coordinating policy and strategic initiatives on sensitive issues of great concern to the Deputy Administrator and the Administrator.

Overseeing the implementation of key strategic policy priorities and initiatives, offering leadership acumen, and demonstrating the ability to work with staff on all levels on serious and usually sensitive matters.

Collaborating with and advising on program management; reviewing existing programs, as well as the development and implementation of programmatic initiatives that reflect targeted goals of the Deputy Administrator and the Administrator.
