On Monday, July 19th, ADvancing States submitted comments to CMS regarding proposed changes to the CMS-372 reports that are required for 1915(c) home and community-based services. In the comments, ADvancing states expressed concerns about the increased burden on state agencies, questioned whether this change is appropriate while work to revise the reporting requirements is underway, and requested that CMS provide ample time for states to implement the changes.
