Person- and Family-Centered, Trauma-Informed Approaches to Service Delivery for Family Caregivers: Action Guide Webinar

USAging, in collaboration with external partners, has developed a suite of eight Action Guides to help Aging Network organizations develop and strengthen innovative caregiver services and supports. These guides align with Goal 3 of the National Strategy to Support Family Caregivers and offer practical program implementation strategies and resources. 

USAging and the Jewish Federations of North America’s Center on Aging, Trauma, and Holocaust Survivors will hold a webinar next month to explore the Person- and Family-Centered, Trauma-Informed and Culturally Competent Approaches to Service Delivery for Family Caregivers Action Guide. Participants will learn:

  • How trauma shows up in family caregivers and within caregiving dynamics
  • Practical action steps and strategies for applying person-centered, trauma‑informed (PCTI) principles
  • How caregiver programs are using PCTI through real-world examples
  • What tools and resources can support effective implementation
