Webinar on CMS Age-Friendly Hospital Measures

The Geriatric Emergency Department Collaborative (GEDC) is hosting a webinar on "The CMS Age-Friendly Hospital Measures and the Geriatric ED" where experts will discuss how to provide guidance and processes to help every emergency department meet the requirements for the CMS Hosptial Measure. The webinar will introduce the Age-Friendly Hosptial Measure implemented by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) on January 1, 2025. Additionally, the session will provide guidance in implementing processes in emergency departments to demonstrate the five priority domains and care in emergency departments of people living with dementia.
