Next Gen HCBS Leaders

ADvancing States is excited to celebrate the 2024 cohort of Next Gen HCBS Leaders, who have completed their year-long program. The 2024 Next Gen participants were selected through a competitive application process and come from Medicaid, Aging, and Disability programs across 15 states. They are emerging leaders, working hard to implement innovative programming to better serve members of their communities and states. We applaud their efforts and participation in the Next Gen program and appreciate and celebrate their camaraderie and cohesiveness as a group.

Congratulations, Next Gen Leaders!

The Next Gen HCBS Leaders program offers training, support, and mentorship to selected participants to support their growth as a state leader. Each Next Gen Leader receives all-expenses paid scholarships to the ADvancing States Spring Meeting and the HCBS Conference. Next Gen Leaders also participate in a mentorship program and unique, tailored educational opportunities.
