The New Hampshire Office of Public Guardian is seeking a Vice President of Guardianship Services. This position reports to the CEO and provides leadership to the department and the organization, ensuring that high-quality and ethical services are provided to OPG clients.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department.

Oversees the daily workflow of the department.

Ensures guardians comply with applicable court orders, applicable statutes, and guardianship standards of practice.

Serves as an active member of the executive leadership team representing the Guardianship Department and ensuring the Department and Agency meet strategic goals. Participates in strategic planning, and supports other leaders in ensuring agency success.

Provides leadership to the Guardian Department to ensure high-quality customer services and ethical practices that adhere to the standards of practice.

Facilitates department meetings to disseminate information, provide training, and promote problem-solving.

Fosters collaboration and collegiality across agency departments.
