The National Association of State Directors of Developmental Disabilities Services (NASDDDS) recently surveyed directors and staff at waiver programs across the country to capture their views on "The Ensuring Access to Medicaid Services" final rule from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). The survey results will be released to the public on October 29. Join the executives from NASDDDS on this webinar to review the survey results and what they mean for state programs in areas including:
- Technology. More than 50% of respondents reported they will need to build, change, or enhance data systems.
- Data sharing. More than 80% of respondents identified certain data-sharing capabilities that may need to improve.
- Sub-regulatory guidance. Discover which provisions respondents believe need more clarification from CMS.
This webinar will help state leaders address the challenges of the Access Rule. If you can't make the live webinar, register now to receive a link to the recording and slides after the webinar.
This webinar will be held on Thursday, October 31 at 2:00 p.m. ET.
