Inform Indiana

Older Hoosiers deserve the best care, quality and affordable services, and choice over where they age. Indiana is proposing multiple ideas to support choice, quality, and affordability.  Since 2021, ADvancing States and the Indiana Minority Health Coalition, in partnership with the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration, have been hosting community conversations with Older Hoosiers and their caregivers; providing educational forums for long-term services and supports providers; and providing business acumen training for home and community-based services providers.
