Person-Centered Practices Self-Assessment

Event Description: 

In this webinar, the NCAPPS team will share a new tool to help leadership measure progress in developing a more person-centered system, the Person-Centered Practices Self-Assessment. The tool’s creator will provide an overview of the tool, and staff and people with lived experience from one state will share their experiences putting the tool to use.

  • Mary Lou Bourne, founder of The Learning Community for Person Centered Practice and developed the organization’s first PCP Mentor Trainer requirements

  • Tanya RedRoad, Parent Coordinator at the North Dakota Federation of Families for Children’s Mental Health

  • Jake Anderson, President of the group “Advocates Leading Their Lives”

  • Jake Reuter, Money Follows the Person Grant Program Administrator with the Aging Services Division of the North Dakota Department of Human Services

  • Ganesh Suryawanshi, passionate advocate for disability supports and services as a parent of a child with special needs. Ganesh, his wife and 2 children live in Fargo, North Dakota.
