The LTSS Care Management Experience Survey: A Tool to Enhance Contracting Between CBOs and Healthcare Entities

In response to the challenges CBOs experience in contracting with healthcare entities, the Trailblazers Learning Collaborative developed a standard long-term services and supports (LTSS) care management client experience survey. As part of the Aging and Disability Business Institute Series, ASA and n4a are hosting a webinar that will provide an overview of the care management experience survey and it’s significance. Participants in this webinar will be able to describe the role of a standardized survey in creating a national value proposition for CBOs, highlight how standard survey data can help CBOs with benchmarking, and learn how to access and use the tools.
