The 2025 Year in Review report highlights how ADvancing States partnered with state agencies and national stakeholders to strengthen long-term services and supports for older adults, people with disabilities, and caregivers. Throughout the year, we expanded technical assistance to 23 states, launched new initiatives such as Direct Care Careers and the Enabling Technology Engagement Network, increased participation in key data programs like NCI-AD, and supported workforce development through job fairs, trainings, and certifications. We also convened leaders through the HCBS Conference and Spring Meeting, released new tools and publications, and facilitated cross-state collaboration on policy and systems improvement. Together, these efforts reflect our continued commitment to building more responsive, coordinated, and person-centered state systems.
