Emergency Response Planning and Preparedness for Family Caregivers

USAging and the Carter Center will hold a webinar to explore the new “Including Family Caregivers in Emergency Response Planning and Preparedness” Action Guide.

In collaboration with external partners, USAging has developed a suite of eight Action Guides to help Aging Network organizations develop and strengthen innovative caregiver services and supports. The “Including Family Caregivers in Emergency Response Planning and Preparedness” Action Guide offers program implementation strategies and resources.

In this webinar, attendees will learn strategies from the Action Guide to better support family caregivers in emergency planning and preparedness. In addition, attendees will learn practical steps communities can take to reduce risks and improve readiness.
