ACL published a final rule to establish federal regulations for adult protective services (APS). ACL is aiming to support the national network that delivers adult protective services, with the goal of increasing the quality and consistency of APS. "LIVE with ACL" is a webinar series where technical assistance will be provided on compliance planning. The first webinar will address effective planning strategies, and feature two planning worksheets to assist APS programs and planning for implementation of the 2028 APS final rule. In addition to the webinar, ACL is providing tip sheets, FAQs, and other materials for training and technical assistance.
