Webinar: Implementation of the Home and Community Based Services Settings Rule

The Disability and Aging Collaborative is hosting a webinar on the Implementation of the Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Setting Rule. Attendees will be updated on the status of implementation of the HCBS rule. Speakers Alison Barkoff, Bazelon Center for Mental Health Law; Nicole Jorwic, The Arc of the United States; Elizabeth Edwards, National Health Law Program; and David Machledt, National Health Law Program will discuss the opportunities that are available for consumer engagement and resources and tools for state advocates.
