The National Aging and Disability Transportation Center (NADTC) is a project of USAging and Easterseals. The NADTC partnered with Southpaw Insights and commissioned a survey of transportation providers that serve older adults and people with disabilities. The purpose of the survey was to update data collected in the 2019 Transportation Provider Survey and identify work being done by transportation providers to address coordination and diversity, equity, and inclusion. The Provider Survey Report describes the experiences and perspectives of the 445 transportation who responded. The webinar will include the following topics: most frequent services offered to older adults and people with disabilities, challenges, initiatives, and primary funding sources.
